Sky Tower is a private dungeon only accessible by Tier 4 Patreon supporters.

It can be accessed through the ~pat menu from any owned base.

There are six difficulties to choose from:

*Easy Win For TTA_____=Tier 1, has enemy ants, mantis, rats, pigrats and molerats which drop Base maps, locker contains purple gear.
*Easy _______________=Tier 2, has enemy spiders, radscorpions and dogs which drop Upgrade parts MK2, locker contains purple gear.
*Medium_____________=Tier 3, has easy enemy humanoids which drop Implant installation tokens, locker contains golden gear.
*Hard _______________=Tier 4, has hard enemy humanoids which drop Upgrade parts MK3, locker contains golden gear.
*Wasteland is Harsh____=Tier 5, has enemy super mutants which drop Robobrain Modules, locker contains golden gear with extra perk.
*Hardcore____________=Tier 6, has enemy robots which drop fusion cores, locker contains red gear with extra perk.

Each floor can be escaped by finding the elevator or a new floor started by taking the stairs.

There is only one reward locker on each floor which is behind a door that requires 250 lockpick and expanded lockpicks in hand.

The locker itself is the only one that does not require lockpick to open and all enemies must be defeated first.

Upon leaving Sky Tower, you will appear at the front of San Francisco.

Info
Some players favor this armor due to the fact that it looks like a desert variant of the combat armor. It shines a tan color which makes a great appearance in game! compared to the common type of fashion from the standard green Combat Armor or the dark green Combat Armor MkII.

Obtaining
This armor can be looted from Desert Hunters, though it excels in explosive resistance, and reduces the chance of incoming criticals, this armor performs just as well as the commonly crafted variant.
The M60 provides heavy firepower, easier to obtain compared to other big guns.

Background
Developed in 1957, the M60 was the general purpose machine gun first in use with the U.S. Army during the proxy war in Vietnam, a part of the greater Cold War. It saw some replacement in the 1980's as the M249 SAW was introduced as a part of new strategy and tactics which focused on offense with lighter weapons, as opposed to the M60 which was designed to be equally effective in offensive and defensive roles. The M60 was known to have durability problems in the harsh environs of the Vietnam jungle, but soldiers appreciated its easy handling -- even while standing -- and mechanical simplicity, as well as the stopping power and penetration of the 7.62mm NATO round.

The models seen in the wasteland are modernized, retrofitted M60E4s -- long since updated to handle the durability issues faced by American soldiers in the Vietnam war. Thankfully for you poor wastelanders, the U.S. Army continued using the weapon well into the 21st century and updated it throughout, since American soldiers continued to fight in hostile environments such as deserts.

Bloodcat:

Support perks are minor skills and abilities that a player can gain in addition to level perks.

There is no limit to the number of support perks that a single character can have.

To gain support perks, players are required to talk to an appropriate NPC. Some support perks can be gained straight away, some have specific S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and/or skill requirements. Some are given 'for free,' some require that one or more quest(s) be finished first.

Detailed information on any of the support perks that are currently available may be found on their respective pages, which are listed below.

Note: When determining what support perks can be gained by a player, the game checks the players CURRENT S.P.E.C.I.A.L.s, it is therefore possible for a character whose base Intelligence is 1 to get a support perk requiring at least 8 points of Intelligence to get such as Educated.

An example of how this is done:

1.Character starts with 1 intelligence

2.Take drugs to get your characters intelligence to 4

3.Then at the same time as this wear armor with two Gain Special Armor Perks (Int) to get it to 8.

4.Go get that perk before your drug timer ends.

Bloodcat: /* Party Points Required, by Follower Type */

Followers
Followers are NPCs that follow a PC and help him in combat and with a variety of tasks. Sometimes they act as a simple meat shield and in other cases they can be a real lifesaver.
There are four different kinds of followers, each with special mechanics, but almost all of them follow the general rules of taking up Party Points, and can be leveled up.

Note: Companions and mercenaries can be transferred between players.

Note: Loyalty of followers will be lowered every 7 days.

Note: Follower prices: human, ghoul and mutant mercs are more expensive, brahmins are cheaper.

Note: Tamable rats (small rats/molerats) can be bought from Jackpot Jane at Molerat Mambo in Redding.

Note: Option for a companion to equip Enclave Armor.

Companions
These are more like friends, they're more rare but also very useful. They won't die permanently, but respawn at your tent/base/Hotel Room.
Companions will travel around to different towns as wastelanders, and visit mostly bars, but also stay in other places, like shops, or just around in some corner. Companions are both male or female but always humans, and there are different weapon types. Companions allow for more customization, you can give them any armor. Their helmets can also be changed or removed via dialog.

Note: Once recruited, you can check some of their stats via dialogue, including current level, Experience, SPECIAL and best fighting skill.

Note: Level 12 required to recruit companions.

Dialogue Options
Dialogue || Description
1) Stay here / Let's Go || Toggle between companion following you, and staying put.
2) You're blocking my way, could you please move? || Force companion to move to another hex.
3) I want to talk to you about distance. || Instruct companion to maintain close, nearby or far distance in combat.
4) I want to talk to you about combat. || Instruct companion about combat options.
5) Let's talk about your armor. || Allows you to change which armor companion wears.
6) If we ever get separated, I think we should agree to meet up at some place. || Designate where companion respawns.
7) I have some food for you. || Feed companion to boost their loyalty to you.
8) What kind of weapons are you most proficient with? || Find out what weapon to give to companion.
9) Arm yourself. || Tells companion to equip weapon.
10) Put down your weapon. || Tells companion to put away weapon.
11) Let's see if we can exchange some stuff. || Opens barter screen.
12) I want someone else to be your new friend. || A way to assign this companion to a different character.
13) [Check stats] || Shows SPECIAL, current level, current xp, and gun skill.
14) Nevermind. || Closes dialogue.

* Anyone who uses a companion should use dialogue option 6 to set a re-grouping point.
* There is a known bug where companions sometimes disappear.
* Use the SAY button via dialogue option 6 to name a tent or base.
* Naming a base requires the name of the base itself, not the faction name.
* Get a base's name by accessing its terminal and checking under Manage Hideout Clearance.
* Companions can take drugs as long they are in their inventory and command to use drugs.

You can dismiss a Companion follower with the ~disband_party command. However, this will dismiss all of your companions. All dismissals are permanent, so be careful to only dismiss the one(s) you really don't want. To dismiss only one companion at a time, leave the companion to be dismissed at a tent. Exit the tent leaving that one behind, but bring your other companions with you. Then you can use a variation of the command to dismiss only the one you left behind: ~disband_party away_team (See Commands.) This will permanently dismiss the Companion(s) you left behind, while retaining the ones you brought with you.

Mercenaries
These Mercs are humanoid followers that you can recruit in some towns. They'll demand payment from time to time, or else their loyalty falls low, which causes them to flee in combat.

Note: There is an option to see statistics of mercenaries - current level, experience, SPECIAL and best skill - via dialogue.

Slaves
Can be obtained by using ropes on certain unconscious NPCs in Random Encounters. They can also be purchased at the Slaver's Guild. They require drugs from time to time. You need a Slaver Tattoo to be able to lead slaves.

Note: There is an option to see statistics of slaves - current level, experience, SPECIAL and best skill - via dialogue.

Animals
Dogs, Brahmins and other animals generally act as mules or help in combat, they have a more limited set of options in their dialogue. Brahmins won't fight in combat, they'll just flee. Normal Dogs can be purchased in Junktown for 700 caps each, from the dog trainer near the casino. A Scout Dog is of a special breed with better Outdoorsman skill (around 120) that can help you avoid encounters. They can be bought at Salvagers in Boneyard.

Commanding
You can give commands to your followers by holding alt key and left-clicking somewhere.

Party Points
*+1 PP for every 3% in Speech a PC has. Maximum 100 points.
*+10 PP for every 1 in Charisma a PC has. Maximum 100 points.
*+50 PP for Magnetic Personality perk.
*+50 PP for Good Natured trait.

Absolute maximum party points are therefore 300.

Note: You can check your total party points via ~pp command.

*Number of Brahmin is 1 + number of Dogs/2

Companion Respawn
If you have rented a room at a hotel, it will be possible for your companions to respawn there (along with you). You can also tell them to respawn at the faction base, or your tent if you have any of those. If no respawn points are available, the companion will die permanently. If no respawn is explicitly set in the dialog, or some option is set, but isn't valid anymore, the replication script will try to find alternative respawns before killing the companion permanently. Once your companion respawns it must be retold where to spawn or it will die permanently the next time it is killed regardless of loyalty level.

Loyalty
Via dialogue, you can give your followers certain gifts (depending on what type they are) which contribute to follower loyalty.
When you receive a follower they have a loyalty of 100% and this decays 10% each week, unless you have Speaker, a support perk that cuts this decay rate in half.

A follower sticks out a fight until it has (100-loyalty)% HP remaining. A 90 HP follower at only 20% loyalty only stays fighting with you until (100-20)% HP remaining = 90*0.8 = 72 HP. As soon as he has 71 or under, he will flee the map.

How high or low their loyalty is can be spotted when talking to them, if they have high loyalty, they'll praise the PC, if not, they'll show a lack of respect.

Mercs
They fight for caps. Their wage is 25% of their hire cost and gives 10% increase in loyalty.

Companions
They use Nuka-Cola, beer, cookie, booze, Strange Iguana-on-a-stick. Each item gives 1-2%.

Slaves
Slaves use Jet. 5-10% increase per jet dose.
If slave loyalty goes down too low, they may attempt to kill their master.

Animals
Animals always have full loyalty, and will fight to their death if commanded to do so.
Background
"Jackhammer" was originally designed in 1984 and tested until 1990 by Pancor Corporation. US Army decided not to order "Jackhammers" and pre-war US Government blocked all attempts on finalizing foreign contracts allowing export of this unique design. Weapon itself is gas-operated revolver, although it differs in looks from popular revolvers. It originally had 10 shells ammo capacity in its rotating cylinder, but post-war wastelanders managed to re-design it's stock and fit in 20 shells cylinder without compromising weight balance of weapons bullpup configuration.

Advantages
*Can cause knockdowns up from 10 hexes. 10% per bullet chance to knockback.
The PPPK12 Gauss Pistol is one of the best weapons implemented in FOnline 3.

The Best Pistol in FOnline 3
Gunslingers builds often use the .223 Pistol, which is the best pistol after the Gauss one. However, the .223 Pistol needs one more AP to shoot, and has a range almost twice inferior. The only real advantage the .223 Pistol has over the PPK12 Pistol is the ammo it uses: Cheap .223 FMJ, when the Gauss Pistol uses 2mm EC, a powerful but also extremely rare ammunition. However, when you have a PPK12 Gauss Pistol and enough ammo to fill its clip of 12 bullets (5 for the .223 Pistol), it becomes the best one-handed weapon in the whole game.
The Favorite Weapon of All Kinds of Small Guns Builds
Most of sniper characters can perform three aimed shots in a row with this pistol, ensuring to cripple or to kill any enemy at long-range with this pistol, which means it is even a better weapon than the Sniper Rifle. Considering that with Fast Shot, 10 AP and Bonus Rate of Fire, one can shoot five times in a row with this pistol, at a range of 50 - the same range as the Sniper Rifle - the PPK12 Gauss Pistol fits perfectly the gunslingers builds too. Bursters, cripplers, long range or small range killers, everyone will be satisfied with the PPK12 Gauss Pistol - that is also one of the favorite weapons of the Game Masters.
Background
A revolutionary weapons system lost to Cold War politics, the G11 was produced by a German conglomerate of three companies: Heckler & Koch, who were in charge of the weapons system proper; Dynamit Nobel, who were in charge of the new ammunition to be used and its design; and Hensoldt Wetzlar, who were in charge of the optics and targeting acquisition systems. The joint effort produced the G11, a space-age design completely foreign to conventional rifle designs of that era. It was a great technical success, but as a result of Germany undergoing dramatic political changes at the end of the Cold War, and the rest of NATO not willing to adopt the rifle so that it could be standardized, only 1000 were ever originally produced. Presumably, someone has the equipment and designs necessary to continue manufacturing this extremely advanced weapon in the post-war world.

The G11 was a significant development because it uses caseless ammunition. To a layman, that may seem insignificant, but it is extremely important in a firearm's operation for a few reasons. First, in automatic weaponry, the entire step of ejecting the casing of the previous round is eliminated. This allows previously-impossible rates of fire to be easily within reach. In fact, the G11 had such a fast rate of fire that one of its selling points was a soldier could fire a three-round burst from the weapon, and only feel the recoil after all three rounds had left the barrel, giving three rounds the accuracy and precision of a single shot.

Even more strangely, the weapon uses a rotating load system -- the magazine is oriented horizontally, much like the P90, so that bullets must be rotated individually so that they can feed properly. The P90 accomplishes this with a simple spiral feed ramp embedded in the magazine, but unlike the P90, the G11's magazine has the rounds pointing straight downwards rather than 90 degrees left of the bore axis. It uses an actual 90-degree rotating chamber for the round, with the round feeding down via gravity. In a conventional assault rifle, this would be needlessly complicated and would reduce rate of fire, but the G11 pulls it off in style thanks to caseless ammunition.
Basic information
This weapon is inferior to the XL70E3 in most regards. However, the upgraded version -- the FN FAL HPFA -- is a burst powerhouse that uses cheap and effective 7.62mm NATO ammunition. Aside from that, this can be a good weapon to craft if you don't want to foot the bill for the XL70's parts and ammunition, but you still need a solid burst weapon.

Background
The Belgian Fusil Automatique Leger, (light automatic rifle) designed by Fabrique Nationale de Herstal, is a venerable and time-tested weapon -- the NATO-equivalent of the similarly venerable AK-47. Both weapons became ubiquitous in their respective spheres of influence. As the Cold War carried on and intensified, the weapons were replaced by their primary users, but less-fortunate satellite nations from both sides of the conflict retained the weapons, and replaced FALs lined national armories. As such, the FAL has become a coveted favorite amongst the wastes of former nations that were enrolled in NATO.

The weapon was designed when members of NATO agreed on standardization of weapons across nations so that they could better equip each other in the event of massive conventional warfare. The FAL was one of the candidates, with each nation judging it on merit individually. The Americans had their own M-14 ready at the time, and as such it was favored -- in no small part thanks to the M-14's basis on the M1 Garand, which was seen by the Americans as the best rifle in the world after WWII. However, most other nations found the FAL more than adequate in its performance and did not hesitate to adopt it. Despite American exceptionalism, the standardization initiative did achieve a significant victory in the uniform battle rifle round: the 7.62mm NATO round, which supplied both the M-14 and the FAL.

Curiously, the Americans had always preferred to use their own high quality weapons manufactured by Colt, but the post-war arms trade has seen a very large amount of these introduced to the California wasteland and its surrounding area. Perhaps its dated, yet simple and effective design lend itself much better to wasteland use, trade, and manufacture than the more sophisticated weapons used in the Resource Wars.
This is definitely the weapon that any Small Guns burst specialist wants to use before -- and possibly after -- they get any blueprints to their Small Gunsmith. One of the better choices for burst Small Guns, it boasts a solid three bursts per magazine dealing premium damage with the 5mm AP round. You will be able to take on fellow players and tough NPCs wearing metal armor mk. 2 and, with a bit more difficulty, combat armor.

Tactics
The P90 is a good choice for a critter hunt as well as for PvP combat, as you can choose from either 10mm JHP or 10mm AP ammunition.
While in a team, a P90 user is often considered a glass cannon, dealing very good amount of damage, but is required to be as close to the enemy as possible, to maximize the bullets hit at burst. Performance is maximized with Bonus Ranged Damagex2 and bursts at point blank range. With a specialized character build, 3 bursts per turn will be possible.

The weaker version of the P90 is the 10mm SMG, which does less damage and shoots 2 bullets less per burst.

Advantages
Good damage, low Action Points usage, burst mode, choice between JHP and AP ammo, light weight.

Disadvantages
Expensive, hard to craft.

Background
Like most great firearms, the P90 was the result of NATO contracting. The goal was to replace 9x19mm Parabellum submachineguns currently in use such as the venerated MP5. It was developed by FN, designers of the FAL, in conjunction with the "Five-seven" pistol system -- named after the new ammunition developed for the weapons, 5.7x28mm. It entered production in 1990, hence the designation. With the advent of the Resource Wars, Heckler & Koch scooped up the rights to the now-outdated P90 weapons system, and rechambered it for the modern 10mm round, dubbing it the "P90c."

When it was developed, the P90 was the smallest fixed-stock submachinegun in existence. However, thanks to a bullpup design and unique feeding system, all of this downsizing hasn't resulted in any loss in accuracy. The original 5.7mm round it was chambered for was a proprietary round produced by FN Herstal. Like many proprietary cartridges designed for excellent firearms, it was never adopted, and the P90 never saw widespread use, despite being widely acknowledged as an excellent firearm. Perhaps H&K saw something of their similar G11 project in the ill-fated P90, because they purchased the rights to manufacture the design and immediately rechambered it for the 21st-century 10mm round. It would be a shame for such a well-crafted submachinegun to go unused.
