Vault 12
Vault 12 is Tier II Dungeon. Vault 12 is vault in Necropolis Sewers
To enter Vault 12, head to Necropolis. Walk over to the gas station location and enter the small room with the ladder going down.
The first floor is swarming with ghouls equipped with tier 2 and tier 3 weapons. They will spill out of the vault exit. As most ghouls walk slow, you can stand at the end of the long hallway at the start of the instance and pick them off as they spill out of the vault. Once you clear the first floor, use the elevator to go to the second floor.
The second floor is likely the most difficult floor you will face. You will spawn nearly surrounded by ghouls in all directions. Unless you can handle the swarm, it would be advisable to run for cover into one of the rooms and use this as a choke point. While they will still spill into the room, it will be much more manageable than taking them all on at once. There are some containers you can loot here, but nothing special. Head to the next elevator and proceed to the third floor.
The final floor is all that remains. Similar to the second floor, ghouls will begin to swarm all over. You can elect to enter a room and fight them or take them on all at once. If you are quick, you can run into the elevator and cancel the transition by selecting floor 3 and use this small space as a choke point. If you do this, know that you are going to fight until you win as you will not be able to flee. The main locker sets on the wall at the end of the instance next to the computer terminals.

- In Vault 12 you can find in lockers common Tier 1-2 stuff, currency.
- NPC have 1% to drop Electric Motor
- There is 1 tier I Dungeon locker
