Regulator Trait Changes

  • Fast Metabolism: Doubles Healing Rate, -15 seconds of Healing Rate CD, +25 Healing Rate, -50 Rad Resistance cap, -50 Poison Resistance from Endurance, drugs timers are 75% shorter
  • Bruiser: Doubles base melee damage, Gives +4 to Strength and Endurance, +2 Melee Damage from every source, movement speed is capped at -10%., immunity to Knockouts.
  • Small Frame: +1 AP from every source, carry weight capped at 75.
  • One Hander: +50% damage with one-handed weapons, +100% with pistols, -50% max chance to hit with two-handed weapons. Range is capped at 20.
  • Finesse: Doubles total Critical Chance, Increase chance to apply critical effects by 66%, Lower your damage by 50%
  • Kamikaze: +100% damage, lose ALL DR/DT/DP. Can`t score Critical Hits.
  • Heavy Handed: +100 Heavy Handed Malus, knock target, only lowest tier of crits, works only on Punch Weapons.
  • Fast Shot: -35% Attack Speed Time, -2 AP Cost, Can't Aim, Can't Burst. +4 max shots per turn in turn based combat. Can`t do lethal damage.
  • Bloody Mess: Restore 100% AP after kill, Skill Caps set at 200%
  • Jinxed: +5 Armor Class from every source, Can't use ranged weapons, you and your enemies have more critical failures. Heavy handed protection.
  • Good Natured: Doubles your total HP until you kill a player character, Killing an NPC gives you 1 bounty and 5 weakness, Killing a players also decreases your total HP by -50% max HP as well as taking away the bonus.
  • Chem Reliant: Removes Drug Limit, drugs have better effects, Double addict effect, enables addictions
  • Cannibal: +25% melee lifesteal cap, drugs have better effects, use special drugs, drugs timers are 4 min
  • Loner: +100% Experience, can't have followers, can't level up gear. +100% Accuracy.
  • Gifted +2 to all special, You don't gain Experience.
  • Bonehead: -1 critical table tier for opponent, Intelligence set to 1

  • After Burner gum +15 Critical Chance -7lk
  • All Alcohols Give +2 special -3 Perception +5 dr
  • Buffout gives +4 Strength, +4 Endurance, -2Ap, -50Ap Regen

  • Healing Powder Gives +50 Healing Rate, -5 Healing Rate Time, -5% Damage Dealt, -6 Luck
  • Jet +3 APs +6 AP for moving in turnbased -15% Normal DR

It can be obtained through dialog with an NPC called "Rick" in New Adytum in the buildings nearish to the main entrance next to governor Hendricks (guy who gives the broken dog quest) |}
