A tough steel plate. Extremely heavy, yet also providing adequate increased protection against most firearms. The reflective properies also contribute to increased laser weapon resistance.
Obtaining Steel Plate
- Can be obtained from NPC`s (1%) in Paradise Valley
- Random T4 part reward for winning in Reno Wars or War Event
Uses
Steel Plate are used to make different types of T4 Weapon and Armor.
Roger can use Steel Plate for upgrade your equipment:
Weapon: Spiked (+10-60% Critical Damage)
Armor: Gain Luck (2 points to one of S.P.E.C.I.A.L.)
