Advantages
- Penetrate weapon perk which reduces your target's Damage Threshold to 1/3 of its nominal value.
Note: When using Needler Pistol, the Doctor- or Small Guns skill is used for aim calculations (highest skill value is used)
Note: Needler Pistol also has a poison effect on it.
