This book can be found in random footlockers or purchased in either the Hub bookstore or the Boneyard Library for 1800 caps.
Reading this skill book will permanently boost the character's First Aid skill by 6 Skill Points, but not beyond the skill's capped limit. Also if the skill is tagged, the points are doubled for each book read.
Note: There is a 10-book limit per character for this skill book.
