Template:PerkYou have a keen sense of your enemies weaknesses and you know exactly how to utilize it With this perk you get:
- 20% DR penetration
- 30% DT penetration
- Doesn't work on Laser, Electro and Plasma damage types
- Affect targets with less than 50% max HP.
Example: If the target's DR is 10, you get 2 DR penetration. If the target's DR is 90, you get 18 DR penetration.
Example: If the target's DT is 10, you get 3 DT penetration. If the target's DT is 30, you get 9 DT penetration.
