- Can be obtained from NPC`s (1%) in Vault 13
- Random T4 part reward for winning in Reno Wars or War Event
Uses
Hiflo hydraulic systems are used to make different types of T4 Armor.
Roger can use Hiflo hydraulic systemss for upgrade your equipment:
Armor: Tesla Addition (+6 Plasma and Electric DT; +15% Plasma and Electric Reduction (PvP only))
Weapon: Poisoned (Applies poison on target (Melee weapons and Healing Needler only))
