Template:PerkYou have improved your ability to see distant locations, increasing the size of explorations on the World Map by one square in each direction.
This perk also reveals random encounters on world map squares that a character has visited.
Scout is a support perk.

It can be obtained during a conversation with Vault City Citizen Sergeant Stark, who can be found in the Corrections Center building in Vault City. Or if Vault city happens to be overrun with mutants he can be found in the steel cage prison area right near the main entrance.
