New Vault City

New Vault City is a high-tech settlement established by Vault City citizens following the original Vault City's hostile takeover by an army of super mutants.

All of the Citizens as well as Courtyard residents lucky enough to have survived the assault on Vault 8 can be found in this new location.

• Randal offers gear perk rerolling services in the back of Valerie's workshop located next to the Central Council building.
• The construction foreworker in the Greetings Office can help you set up a base.
• Thomas Moore offers banking services.
• Sergeant Stark can train you in the art of Map Scouting.
• Mad Doc is hard at work perfecting his cloning device.
• A barber has set up shop just south of Lidia's bar.
• Lilly is looking for assistance.
