Burn is a damage-over-time effect applied by fire weapons.
Amount of burn stacks applied per attack is random from 1 to 2x(Weapon Tier).
- Burning base damage: 4-9
- +3 damage from Pyromaniac
- +3 damage from 3rd Dragon System implant
- +4 damage if target is below 50% HP (vs Players)
- +4 damage if target is below 25% HP (vs Players)
- +4 damage if target is below 12% HP (vs Players)
