Lost Hill is tier VI dungeon placed in zone 26:35.

Mechanics

To open it, access and security cards are required. Every elevator requires sacrificing one player, who will be killed and unable to be revived by a paramedic (this must be done three times). The elevator opens for only 2 minutes. Each floor debuffs you by 3% max radiation resistance (-15% on the last floor). You become increasingly radiated inside. After defeating the boss, there's a reward room and an exit to the world map.

Loot Drop

  • *NPCs on a surface have chance to drop .223 AP
  • *NPCs on level 1-4 have chance to drop Royal Blood
  • The chance for rare gear in rewards scales with game patches. Extra loot includes:
    • Tier 4 cannibal drugs: Human Guts, Perfect Head, Royal Blood,
    • 5% chance for a Real Cookie or a 95% chance for a monument chunk,
    • Tons of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cannibal Drugs.
