The Wattz Factory is located in Las Vegas (40:32).
One of its residents, named Cotsford, can add a gear perk to your weapons or armor for 5 golden dollars and 1 "Wattz" Fusion Core. He also sells Stealth Boys and Motion Sensors.

Can obtained from:
- Dungeon lockers
- Town control rewards
- Merchants
"Wattz" Fusion Cores can be installed at the Wattz Factory in Las Vegas at the cost of five Golden Dollars to add a perk of your choosing to any weapon or armor, with a similar effect to having Roger install your T4 parts.
The cores are best used on an item you already have some good perks on and intend to keep.
