Strike: apply 10 bounty stacks for target PvE Ability: deal 1% max heal against NPCs(NPC's HP)	You can take this perk in Klamath Healing drugs however (such as Stimpaks) are still able to be used Do note that perks such as Iron Limbs which grants full protection against arms critical effects regardless of penetration	0-75
