The Speech skill determines how long talk window is open (1 skill point = 1 second, with a minimum of 45 seconds to talk).
The Speech skill affects:
- The number of party points your character has. (2 skill points = 1 party point, ending in a total of 250 points)
- How quickly you take the flag in TB control zones. 1 as a base +0.01 per speech skill. (1 flag click =4 points if you have 300 speech)
- How quickly you take flags in War event.
- How quickly you take control over base(1 second = 1 skill point)
