Template:PerkWith this perk, you now have the ability to move quickly and still remain quiet. You can sneak and run at the same time. Without this perk, you would automatically stop sneaking if you ran.
Attacking a critter from behind always causes a critical hit when unarmed, using melee weapons or firing one-handed guns.
No penalty for running while in sneak mode.
Note: It is probably the most useful perk that a sneaker can have.
