It gives -7% penalty to speedboost.
- The Armor that is meant to roam around eating lots of damage and absorption. This Armor is the best armor in the game.
Obtaining
You can obtain it by craft, loot, or recieve from Enclave Patrol's random encounters but in Broken condition (25% max and unwearable).
