Special encounters

Special encounters are rare, hand-crafted locations that appear randomly as you travel the world map.
Unlike random encounters, they each tell a small story. Keep an eye out as you explore the wasteland.
The Traveller PvE perk increases your chance of finding a special encounter by 0.1% per rank, up to a total of 2.5%.
