Special encounters are hand-crafted locations that you have a tiny chance of being sucked into as you travel the world map.
Unlike regular random encounters, they each tell a small story. Keep an eye out as you explore the wasteland.
The Traveller PvE perk increases your chance of finding a special encounter by 0.1% per rank, up to a total of 2.5%.
