• Note: Getting this perk raises your chance to apply a critical effect from the critical hit table from 33% to 66%.
• Note: Getting this on Alien Perk character gives +15% critical chance and the -25% damage penalty but the +33% chance to apply critical effects part of this trait is irrelevant as alien has it set to 100%
