"The ability to communicate in practical and efficient manner. The skill of convincing others that your position is correct. The ability to lie and not get caught."
The Speech skill determines how long talk window is open (1 skill point = 1 second, with a minimum of 45 seconds to talk).
The Speech skill affects:
- The number of party points your character has. (2 skill points = 1 party point, ending in a total of 250 points as the max is 500% with learning)
- How quickly you take the flag in TB control zones. 1 as a base +0.01 per speech skill. (1 flag click =4 points if you have 300 speech)
- How quickly you take flags in War event.
- How quickly you take control over base(1 second = 1 skill point)
