Junkyard (8:22) is located right above San Francisco. It features a broken computer that allows you to harvest electronic parts, and a robot that can give you a driver's license if you pass the test.
The location is run by Todd who, like T-Ray from New Reno, sells and buys cars.
Unlike T-Ray, Todd requires an additional part, the Fuel Cell Controller, to sell you a car. For a full list of cars available at the Junkyard, see Vehicles#Vehicle list.
Fuel Cell Controller
Fuel Cell Controller (FCC) is a rare item and as such can drop from any source that drops rare items, see the loot table for details.
It also has a 1% chance of dropping from Toxic Caves geckos.
