Cathedral of the Lost is a church located at 12:32.
Marked as "Cathedral" on the world map, it is not to be confused with the dungeon Cathedral.
Outside, there is a caps merchant that requires 900 points of Wastelander reputation to trade with.
Inside, you can donate 5000 caps to the Greeter (this does nothing beside removing caps from your inventory), buy Robes from the guy in the bathroom for 100 caps, and, if you're feeling adventurous, try to clear the monsters from the basement for Patrick.
One of the Cathedral's residents will ask you to deliver Flowers to the people outside. Unfortunately, the people have long moved on and the quest cannot be completed.
