Map Scouting allows you to see the pool of random encounters that have a chance of occurring on any world map square you have revealed. Works great in conjunction with Ranger.

| You can learn Map Scouting from Sergeant Stark, who can be found in New Vault City. He'll only talk to you during daytime. Your Intelligence needs to be at least 4; Mentats combined with Roentgen Rum should do the trick.
