Ability to learn things above their normal capabilities. Having 200% invested in this skill allows your character to raise one selected skill cap by 10% by using a skill book e.g. First Aid Book. Learning skill gets reset back to 0% in the process.

Raising Learning from 0% to 200% will cost you 273 skill points.

Note: Sneak can't be raised by learning
