The Oil Can is a one-use tool, it will always repair an item (not vehicle) perfectly (without max condition loss).
Obtaining
- Can be found from footlockers in urban areas.
- Three can be found from the Klamath tanker quest, known as The Stranded Rust.
- Can be rarely looted from NPCs in Strange Farm.
