Your barter skill does not affect the prices of items that merchants specialize in. For example, Doc Jubilee in Shady Sands specializes in Drugs, so buying a Super Stimpak from him will always cost 310 caps, no matter what your skill is.
Your reputation does matter on prices, high reputation makes your prices better.

- -0,1% for each 1% barter skill(capped at 300%)
Items cost for sell mods:
- 10% item cost by base
