How to Join

To Join War Event come to Black Cross Outpost with minimum level 24, its right from NCR. You do not need to take any gear with you, everything will be provided for you.

Walk to the gate in the North-Western part of the map, and interact with it. It will prompt you to choose the team you will fight for and what gear you want for the event. You can also choose your gear beforehand by pressing escape, going to 3rd page of config and configuring your gear for War Event. After the timer ends, you will hear a battle song and doors will open to your faction officer who will teleport you to the arena.
Fighting in War Event results in reputation gains and special perk rewards, no matter if you win or lose.
Amount of reputation gained with your faction is equal 3 times the number of participants. Reputation gain for losing is equal to the number of participants.
WE perk rewards can be found below the photo "Bonuses" or War Event Stats.

Score

Personal Score:

  • +10000 for win
  • +2500 when paramedic revives
  • +500 for start taking flag
  • +100 for scoring critical effect (once per attack regardless of how many effects)
  • +50 for killing npc
  • +50 score per used super stimpak on teammate
  • +10 for buying exp for weapon or armor
  • +5 for buying npcs
  • +5 for applying radiation on enemies per 1% (Rad rockets)
  • +3 per each tick of taking flags
  • +2 per first aid heal
  • +2 for self-healing per missing hp (first aid, repair)
  • +2 for self use of meds per missing hp
  • +1 per dmg done
  • +1 score per heal value from healing needler
  • +0.5 for Healing rate healing per missing hp
  • +0.5 for Lifesteal healing per missing hp
  • +0.5 for Killer healing per missing hp
  • +Score for killing a player depending on killed player current score:
    • if target has less than -50000 score = 50 points
    • if target has -25000 to -49999 score = 100 points
    • if target has -15000 to -24999 score = 150 points
    • if target has -5000 to -14999 score = 250 points
    • if target has 0 to -4999 score = 350 points
    • if target has 1 to 5000 score = 500 points
    • if target has 5001 to 15000 score = 750 points
    • if target has 15001 to 25000 score = 1000 points
    • if target has 25001 to 50000 score = 1500 points
    • if target has 50001 to 75000 score = 2000 points
    • if target has 75001 to 100000 score = ?? points
    • if target has more than 100000 score = 5000 points
  • -1 score per dmg recived (Carefull with dying to turrets, they do 1k+ damage)

Bonuses

Extra Stats drops on reroll and can only be used by its owner.

Tier 1 Extra Stats Limit is 10 and they do not stack meaning you can only have 1 of each.

  • extra 100 Carry Weight, 25 Rad Resistance and 25 Poison Resistance and 25% more currency/caps on events
  • extra 5% movement speed and 2 action points for movement in turn based.
  • extra 40 Accuracy and 1 damage per bullet.
  • extra 10 Lethal Damage
  • extra 10 Sight Range, 50 Sneak Detect
  • extra 15% Critical Power

  • extra 40 Healing Rate and +15% critical roll resistance.

  • extra Melee deal 20% less damage, +2 to defensive rolls (works like tank synergy - for example changes 8% stonewall roll against KO to 10% - 12% with tank synergy)
  • extra +1 Combat implant limit

Tier 2 War Event Stats: Tier 2 stats have been added. You can install only one Tier 2 stat, and you have a 30% chance to get it after having installed 10 stats. The list of Tier 2 stats includes:

  • Super Utility: Offers bonuses such as 300 Carry Weight, a cap of 10 Rad Resistance, a cap of 5 Poison Resistance, 50% more currency/caps on events, 100 Accuracy, and 2 additional damage per bullet. Melee damage is reduced by 40%, and there's a +4 bonus to defensive rolls.
  • Super Movement: Provides a 10% Movement Speed increase, 5 additional Action Points for movement in turn-based mode, an extra 4 Action Points, 60 Armor Class, and a 20% reduction in time to attack.
  • Super Damage: Grants 20 additional Lethal Damage, 20 more Melee Damage, a 60% increase in critical power for melee attacks, a +20% Damage multiplier, and 20 additional minutes of drug effects (4 minutes for Cannibal). The duration is halved in fast meta.
  • Super Criticals: Boosts critical power by 80%, critical roll by 60, and critical chance by 20%.
  • Super Range: Enhances sight range by 20, sneak detection by 100, adds 4 to ranged weapon range, and increases the combat implant limit by 1.
  • Super Health: Increases healing rate by 80, provides +30% resistance to Critical Rolls, adds 80 Hit Points, allows for 100% healing from First Aid, and offers a 20% heal from medications.
  • Super Defense: Provides 10 to all Damage Resistance, 4 to all Damage Threshold, and a 40% resistance to Critical Chance.
  • Super Regen: Grants 50 additional Sequence points and 100 Sneak points, boosts Action Point Regeneration by 50, reduces Action Points lost during Knockouts by 5, provides a 50% Action Point regeneration on kill, and offers a 20% Health Point regeneration on kill.
  • Super Special: Adds +1 to one of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L attributes.


Watch out if you want to farm super stats in war events, you have to join the war event with 10 tier 1 stats. If you join with already one super stat you cant roll another one!


Note: If you already have a Tier 2 stat installed, you won't receive another Tier 2 stat. To acquire an additional one, play without it and possess 10 or 11 Tier 1 stats.
