Boyce is a former car dealer who now produces firearms.

Boyce is located in Junktown, in the large building on the eastern side, roughly halfway between the north and south entrances where the workbench is. Sassy Givins is in the same building, near the entrance.

He can also be found in Vault City (Yes, there are two instances of the same NPC.)

He is also involved in the quest Optimizing the Power House.
