Benefit HtH attacks apply effect your opponent, and +2 Flat Damage
Penalty -20% to Critical Power tables.

You swing harder, not better. Your attacks are very brutal, but lack finesse. You rarely cause a good critical, but you always do more melee damage. Additionally, all your unarmed attacks knock down the opponent if a successful Strength roll is made.

The Strength roll to determine whether the opponent will get effect or not, roll mods:

  • Smasher Weapon Perk +5(attacker)
  • Heavy Stonewall Armor Perk -15(target)
  • Bonus HtH Rapid +5(attacker)
  • Drug Mutie -5(target)
  • Class perk Soldier +1(attacker&target)
