AP Regen is the rate at which your Action Points recover.

- +5 per Agility (0.0125 AP per tick or 0.05 per second)
- +25 per Claw Module (0.0625 AP per tick or 0.25 per second)
- +12 for Eye
- +50 for Action Boy
- +50 for Cowboy effect (0.125 AP per tick or 0.5 per second)
- +25 per Regeneration (0.03 AP per tick or 0.12 per second)
- +100 for Bonus HtH Rapid perks synergy (0.25 AP per tick or 1 AP per second)

Instant AP Regen
Instant AP Regen is recovery of AP after killing something:
- 100% AP for killing a player when the attacker is the Killer class
- 33% AP for killing an NPC when the attacker is the Killer class
- 25% AP for killing an NPC or player when the attacker has the Bloody Mess trait
- 20% AP for killing an NPC or player for each of the attacker's Killing Spree weapon perks
- 20% AP for killing an NPC or player when attacker is using Voodoo drug
