Tier 2 War Event Stats

  • you can install one Tier 2 stat instead three Tier 1 stats
  • you can install only one Tier 2 stat
  • you have a 1% chance, but if it’s your 2nd or 3rd War Event in the last 48h, you get an extra 15% chance. Another 15% bonus applies if you've participated in Reno Wars within the last 30h. To get it u need have installed 10 or 11 Tier 1 stats.
  • If you already have a Tier 2 stat installed, you won't receive another Tier 2 stat. To acquire an additional one, play without it and possess 10 or 11 Tier 1 stats (max 11 with 20 Charisma).

Tier 1 War Event Stats

  • you can install max 10 Tier 1 stats (or 11 with 20 Charisma).
  • or 7 (8) with one Tier 2 stat
  • if you install over your limit, you will be prompted to uninstall another perk. this prompt will also pop up again when you enter a new location if you do not get below your limit
  • if you have too many installed WE Stats, then you cant attack, and die in one hit to anything
